On Thursday 1st May 2014 something good, something useful officially launched.
Huge thanks to those of you who came along to our launch, and everyone who helped make it an incredible evening!
We presented our background, team, toolkit, featured projects and portfolio and had a ‘Cakes for Change’ workshop, locally grown and made elderberry cordial from Kathleen Cassidy, cocktails shaken up by our good friend Lance Boreham, photographs taken by Steve Shipman and SGSU associates Katy Hawkins, Alex Parkyn Smith, Ella Wiles and Isobel Ward introducing themselves and lending their expertise and help on the night as well.
Thank you to all the support from clients, collaborators and networks as well including Spare Tyre, Sustrans, Urbanistas, WiSEE (Women in Social and Environmental Enterprise), our brilliant business coach Marie Milligan and everyone else who made it down.
Several new projects are brewing already…
